Why We Are Unique
A bespoke design and build service allow us to provide modern garden rooms in any shape or size.
If you have specific requests, they can be accommodated within the build. For instance, you might like a shower cubicle or changing room if your garden room is near a pool. Or perhaps a WC or kitchenette would be useful if you plan on outdoor entertaining. All our garden room designs are complete with insulation, underfloor heating, lighting and power, and most don’t require planning permission. They are fully decorated and ready for you to move into and use.

Don’t forget that all our garden buildings are built to comply with building regulations and are usable year-round. Unfortunately, most garden rooms available today are not built this way, nor do they offer the same level of insulation. We go to this level of detail to ensure your garden room is built to last.
